today...coach msg..training cancelled!
went to adss for ncc and den get my finger sprained or crack or wat sort of thing..den went to mph with helmi and played soccer!
in school...teached alpha how to wear uniform? lol
but they were quite fun!gd la..
dey were lyk simply babies!
lol
den had some time with them
made charlie do beep test..and dey were lyk OMG
next took delta for pace test..looks lyk all fail! bagus kan!
unit physical fitness..aiyo...must buck up!must help them la!
but insya allah if i can come for training kay guys!
